Using TRX bands this class focus’ on a lot of body weight movements with varying degrees of difficulty.
Train with Atlas Stones, Kettlebells, and your own bodyweight to train like the Spartans used to.
You get 3 times as much work time as you do rest time….Bring a towel.
This 45 minutes of Strength work followed by 15 minutes of recovery to take care of those sore muscles.
Work hard over the Winter months on muscles you want to show off in the Summer.
