METABOLIC RESISTANCE

Which is taxing the cardiovascular system while managing weights.  This class is great for burning fat AND increasing cardiovascular capacity.

KETTLEBELLS

This class utilizes the russian kettlebell to shred calories and get a complete body workout. Not only will you sweat but you’ll develop raw lean muscle and strength.

CALORIE BURN

We designed this class to move almost non stop.  From cardio to weight training, all forms of exercise are fair game.

HYPERTROPHY

This class is geared more towards traditional weight lifting but we use distinct variations to focus on gaining lean muscle tissue and strength.

COMBAT

Just like it sounds, this class utilizes punching, kicking and grappling techniques to build lesser used functional muscles.

POWER TRAINING

Here we focus on explosive olympic style lifts to increase functional strength and as the name suggests power.

RECOVERY

Utilizes AIS stretching techniques along with low weight corrective exercise to help clients’ bodies repair and prepare for more training.

COMPETITION

This class will split the group of participants into teams or individuals and their goal is to beat their opponent as well as the challenge we set before them.

TRX

Using TRX bands this class focus’ on a lot of body weight movements with varying degrees of difficulty.

TRX/KETTLEBELL

Implements both the Kettlebell and the TRX in a unique way to get some extra difficulty out of both techniques.

Train with Atlas Stones, Kettlebells, and your own bodyweight to train like the Spartans used to.

3:1

You get 3 times as much work time as you do rest time….Bring a towel.

45/15

This 45 minutes of Strength work followed by 15 minutes of recovery to take care of those sore muscles.

Beach

Work hard over the Winter months on muscles you want to show off in the Summer.

F(x) MVMNT

Training to improve form and proper range of motion, we work on movement imbalances to keep your body working at a high level.

Golf Fitness

Our TPI Certified trainers develop power with stability through your golf swing. A great class for any athlete!

Redline

This class takes your cardio to the limit. You’re going to need to pick your rest intervals because we don’t stop moving.
