What to expect when joining a class at Relative Strength
METABOLIC RESISTANCE
Taxes the cardiovascular system while managing weights. This is great for burning fat AND increasing cardiovascular capacity.
KETTLEBELLS
Our classes utilize the Russian kettlebell to shred calories and get a complete body workout. Not only will you sweat but you’ll develop raw lean muscle and strength.
CALORIE BURN
From cardio to weight training, all forms of exercise are fair game.
HYPERTROPHY
More traditional weight lifting that uses distinct variations to focus on gaining lean muscle tissue and strength.
COMBAT
We integrate punching, kicking and grappling techniques into many of our classes to build functional muscles that are less used.
POWER TRAINING
A focus on explosive olympic style lifts to increase functional strength and power.
RECOVERY
Utilize AIS stretching techniques along with low weight corrective exercise to help clients’ bodies repair and prepare for more training.
TRX
We use TRX bands to focus on body weight movements with varying degrees of difficulty.

Here we focus more on body control and body weight exercise for growing and developing kiddos.
